YARA + DAVINA - Arrivals + Departures

Arrivals + Departures is a public sculpture by artist duo YARA + DAVINA about birth, death and the journey in between. The public are able to submit names of those who have arrived and departed to be displayed live on the two large displays.

Delayed by the outbreak of COVID-19, the artwork was eventually unveiled at Somerset House, London in September 2020, with a nationwide tour to follow in 2021.

Other Fabrications worked with the artists, producers at Artsadmin, Entuitive engineers and production manager Steve Wald to realise the concept, including in-house design of the structure and seating at the base.
